Long Range Antistatic System
A completely new concept of eliminating static electricity
 The No Static LR system makes it
possible to neutralize static electricity in machines at distances that used to be impossible. Complete neutralization
combined with a wide speading of the ionization at ranges up to a 1000 mm (40").
The high-voltage unit is mounted within the ionizing
tube. By not using high voltage cables, there is no loss in the cables, and 100% of the power can be used to neutralize
the material. The unit is housed in a rugged PVC profile, made for industrial use. It is designed for snap-in grippers
for easy assembly.
Ionizer Type SER/LR
Ionizing bar in PVC for ionizing at long distances.
Connection to the LR Power Unit.
Integrated power unit assures high efficiency and
low losses.
Range up to 1000 mm (40").
The spread at 1 meter is 600 mm (25").
Supplied in lengths from 350 mm (14") to
2000 mm (80") or as per customer specification. |

Ionizer Electrode Type LR-LE
Connects to the system via the LR-HVLE high voltage
unit.
This system can be used in a tube system for transport
of granulate, or around the plastic tube in filling machines. |

Charging Bar Type CBE-LR-P and Typ CBE-LR-N
Charging bar of PVC with internal charge generator for
positive (+) or negative (-) polarity.
Connection to the Long Range central power supply.
Supplied in lengths from 350 mm (14") to 2000 mm
(80") or as per customer specification. |

4 outputs for connection to the Type LR ionizers via
a standard 24V signal cable.
